Ashington Academy is part of the North East Learning Trust and is seeking to appoint an Head of Art to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will:

· Have experience of leading the strategic direction and development of the department

· Ability to drive forward the quality of teaching and learning in the department

· Experience of leading and managing staff

· Be an exemplar of best practice.
